I mean, you’re literally on Rue d’Antibes, which is basically Cannes’ main shopping artery, and that’s either going to be your dream or… well, something to consider if you’re a light sleeper.

Here’s the thing about staying at 145 Rue d’Antibes – you’re in the thick of everything, but it’s managed by Halldis, so you’re getting more of an apartment-style setup rather than typical hotel service. I actually prefer this because you get proper space to spread out (these aren’t tiny hotel boxes), and there’s usually a kitchen situation happening, which saves you from eating every meal at those touristy spots along the Croisette. The 3-star rating might make you think it’s basic, but that 8.3 guest score tells a different story – people genuinely like staying here, probably because the location does most of the heavy lifting.

What I love about this spot is how walkable everything becomes. The Palais des Festivals is maybe a 10-minute stroll, the beaches are right there, and if you want to escape the Cannes bubble for a bit, the train station isn’t far when you need to explore Nice or Monaco.
