Honestly, when I first saw the name of this place – STANDING – NEUF – Croisette- Palais des festivals – 6 pers -3 chbres – I thought someone had a stroke while typing. But you know what? Don’t let that quirky listing fool you, because this apartment is actually a gem tucked right in the heart of Cannes’ action.

The location on Rue Meynadier is pretty much perfect if you want to be in the thick of things without paying Croisette prices. I mean, you’re literally a three-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals (where all the film festival madness happens), but you’re on this bustling pedestrian street that’s got everything – proper French bakeries, that amazing fishmonger who’s been there forever, and honestly some of the best people-watching in town. The street gets lively during the day with locals doing their shopping, but it actually quiets down nicely in the evenings, which is rare for this part of Cannes. The three bedrooms are well thought out – not huge by American standards, but cleverly designed in that French way where everything has its place. The kitchen actually works (you’d be surprised how many vacation rentals phone this in), and there’s enough space for six people without everyone stepping on each other.

What really impressed me was how the place manages to feel both local and polished. The building itself has that classic Cannes charm – you know, the kind with the wrought iron balconies and shutters that actually work – but inside it’s been renovated with someone who clearly gets what travelers need. Good wifi, decent water pressure, and thank god, proper blackout curtains because the summer sun here is no joke. The fact that it’s got a 9.6 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there; it’s one of those places where all the little details just work. Plus, being right in the city center means you can walk to the beach in about eight minutes (I timed it), hit the morning market for fresh everything, and if you’re here during festival season, you’re close enough to catch all the excitement but far enough to escape when it gets overwhelming. The Forville market is basically around the corner, and there’s this tiny wine bar – Cave Forville – that locals actually go to, not just tourists. Parking can be tricky in this area (it’s France, what do you expect?), but there are a couple of public garages within walking distance, and honestly, once you’re settled in, you won’t need a car anyway.

  The apartment ,and everything in general, was fabulous. It's new , big duplex with anything you need. Location is central, very close to train station and lots of restaurants and shops around.
  Easy check in and check out, great communication with agency.
  The price was unbeatable, you can't find anything like that in whole French riviera. I couldn't not recommend it enough.
  
  What could be improved: The only issue are the towels , two per person so you either bring your own of you can rent from agency for small fee, which we did. They bring it right away, so no problem at all.

  Absolutnie fantastyczny ! Wygląda jeszczeclepiej niz na zdjęciach.Przepiękny apartament, każdy pokój z własną łazienką, bardzo czysto, komfortowo, duże pokoje i szafy, wygodne łóżka.
  W drugiej lini od morza, przy samym bulwarze, restauracjach i sklepach, do plaży 5 min.
