  The best thing about the property is the view. In principle, the apartment has a lot of potential had it been properly maintained. It also had almost everything for a short-term stay.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is facing a very busy road with the traffic 24/7. Noise isolation in the apartment is non-existent. You had a feeling that you’re sleeping right next to the road. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. The walls and the ceiling had cracks in them. The agency owning the apartment didn’t even care to buy the cheapest soap for the apartment, let alone shower gel. Communication is chaotic, however I did appreciate flexibility with regards to the late check-out.
