  Excellent! I’ve stayed in a few places in Cannes and this surmounted all of them. Fresh bread / croissants from the bakery in the morning. Exquisitely decorated rooms, everything you could need.

  very nice and cozy villa operated by a pleasant host. it has a cute park inside the plot with a good swimming pool. there is a huge parking inside

  The building is new and well maintained. The Padel court is fantastic, the gardens are nice, the apartment is clean, modern and done to a very high standard. They’re also very generous with snacks, breakfast on the first morning etc.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is listed as having a sofa bed and 3 bedrooms. We had a friend staying for 2 nights with us, so planned to use the sofa bed for those nights. I asked to have bedding for the sofa bed and was then informed the sofa was not a sofa bed. They then asked if I needed an extra bed, I replied yes and then was ignored. The next day I asked if there was any update on the extra bed but they read and ignored my message. They then replied to my message enquiring about their yacht hire. I asked again about the bed and they ignored, and once again asked about the yacht hire and they replied straight away. 
One of our friends had to sleep on the sofa with no bedding/sheets, not what you expect when paying over £5k for an apartment for a week. 

There was building work on site. We were not informed about this when booking ( we booked 3 days before the trip). It is pretty poor, especially when the apartment is sold as a terrace apartment.
  Checkout was listed as 11 but we were told we must vacate the apartment before 10 as the cleaners needed to start cleaning at 10am. They should not list checkout at 11 if this is the case.

  One of the nicest places we have stayed at. The villa was beautiful- well stocked and every attention to detail was taken to make sure our stay was amazing, including receiving a basket of breakfast goodies. The amenities were also wonderful- we traveled with our sons and made us of the pádel court, the pool and the bicycles. Property is well situated in Cannes and villas are all updated and just beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend this property!
