You know what struck me first about this place? The terrace. I mean, when you’re staying right in the heart of Cannes on Rue Mimont, you don’t expect to have your own little outdoor sanctuary – but there it is. The apartment sits in this nice pocket of the Prado-République area where you get all the energy of being in the center without the constant cruise ship crowds that plague the Croisette.

The two bedrooms are honestly perfect for couples traveling together or a small family that actually wants some space to breathe. I’ve stayed in plenty of Cannes apartments that claim to be “cozy” (which usually means cramped), but this one gets the balance right. The living area flows naturally, and you can tell someone put thought into the layout instead of just cramming furniture wherever it fit. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night – Rue Mimont has just enough distance from the main party streets that you’re not dealing with drunk festival-goers stumbling past your windows at 3 AM, but you can still walk to everything in under ten minutes.

The location is actually brilliant if you know Cannes at all. You’re basically equidistant from the old port (where the real restaurants are) and the Palais des Festivals, plus you’ve got the Forville market just a few blocks away for morning coffee and pastries. I grabbed breakfast there most days – way better than the tourist traps near the beaches, and honestly half the price. The apartment itself has that lived-in feeling that makes you want to settle in rather than just crash between sightseeing marathons. The kitchen’s well-equipped enough that we ended up cooking a few nights, especially after loading up on ingredients from the market. Storage space is decent too, which matters when you’re dealing with beach gear, shopping bags, and whatever else accumulates during a Cannes stay. The whole building feels solid and well-maintained – none of that sketchy vacation rental vibe where you’re worried about whether the shower will work or if the neighbors are running some kind of nightclub operation. With an 8.6 rating, it’s clearly hitting the mark for most people, and I can see why. It’s not trying to be fancy or Instagram-perfect, just comfortable and smart about what travelers actually need.

  Great location. Less than 10 minutes walk to beaches, the port, casino and restaurants.

  The apartment is just like in the photos, modern, well equipped and super clean. You will be provided with everything you need including towels, detergent etc. There is air conditioning in all three rooms and the apartment has a large balcony with a table and chairs. The beds were nice and comfortable. If you're travelling by car, it is super convenient that the apartment has a garage which is very secure. The location is also excellent, it's much closer to the main beach in reality than it seems on Google maps, around 5 minutes on foot. It's right in the center of Cannes, close to the festival building and old town. I would also add that the host Michael is very kind and was helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend if you're visiting Cannes, it's definitely worth the price, and we would gladly stay there again.

  Super friendly host, very helpful and responds quickly. Great location, specially if to travel because of the film festival, apartment is 10min walking distance from Palais des Festival.

  Très propre, Mickaël a était super professionel et au petit soin j’hésiterais pas à retourner dans cette appartement si jamais je passe sur cannes. Le tarif est accessible pour un tel emplacement. Vous pouvez y allez les yeux fermer.

  L'appartement est très bien équipé. Il ne manque rien (mis à part un caddie pour faire les courses si l'on veut être perfectionniste). Les chambres sont spacieuses et la climatisation fonctionne très bien. On a pu prendre les repas sur la terrasse ce qui est très appréciable.
  
  What could be improved: La seule chose qui pourrait être améliorée est la propreté des sols, sinon rien à redire.

  L'emplacement de l'appartement est très bien pour tout faire à pied dans cannes.
  La place de parking avec l'appartement est indispensable car aucune place disponible dans la rue durant notre séjour.
  Mickael, du service de conciergerie, est très aimable, très disponible et très arrangeant.
  
  What could be improved: Je n'ai pas apprécié de verser la caution de 500 euros via un lien externe à booking.
  L'annonce m'a parue trompeuse car il est indiqué 2 chambres pour 4 adultes 0 enfant. Etant venus à 2 couples, nous avions réservé cet appartement pour les 2 chambres indépendantes. Nous avons été surpris de voir qu'il il y avait une chambre avec un lit 2 places mais l'autre chambre n'a qu'un petit lit une place, l'autre lit 2 places présenté sur les photos étant le canapé convertible. Je trouve ça trompeur.
  Vue la configuration, il s'agit donc d'un appartement pour 3 personnes, 1 couple et 1 enfant car ce n'est pas agréable de devoir dormir dans le salon, d'être obligé de se lever tous à la même heure et de devoir replier le canapé tous les jours pour pouvoir disposer du salon.
