The sea view is legit, though don’t expect floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking some pristine beach. It’s more like you can see the Mediterranean peeking between buildings, which is still pretty nice when you’re having morning coffee. The two bedrooms are decent sized (European decent, not American sprawling), and the whole setup actually works well if you’re traveling with another couple or have kids who need their own space.

What really sold me on this place was the parking situation – I mean, if you’ve ever tried to find a spot in Cannes during festival season, you’ll understand why having your own parking space is basically worth its weight in gold. The building itself is typical French apartment style, nothing too fancy but solid and clean. The area gets busy during the day but settles down nicely in the evenings, so you’re not dealing with constant party noise like you would staying closer to the old port.

What I really appreciated was how the owner clearly lives in Cannes and knows the area – they left actual useful information about which beach clubs to avoid during peak times and where to find decent parking if you need extra spots for friends. The apartment has that lived-in feeling without being worn down, if that makes sense. The kitchen is functional enough to make real meals, which honestly saves you a fortune when you’re not eating out for every single meal in one of the priciest cities on the French Riviera. During festival season this place books up fast, but if you’re visiting in shoulder season, it’s actually quite reasonable for what you get – especially when you factor in having your own space and that precious parking spot.
