Honestly, when I first walked into this three-bedroom apartment on rue Bivouac Napoléon, I thought I’d hit the jackpot – and I mean that in the best possible way. You’re literally a two-minute stroll from the Palais des Festivals, which sounds like typical vacation rental exaggeration until you actually time it. I counted my steps one morning (yes, I’m that person) and it’s genuinely about 200 meters. During festival season, you can practically roll out of bed and be at the red carpet, though good luck getting any sleep with all the late-night industry parties echoing off the buildings.

The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile rental – there’s real character here, with those classic French shutters that actually block out the Mediterranean sun when you need to recover from a long night out. The three bedrooms are properly sized, not those cramped European “bedrooms” that barely fit a double bed. What really won me over was the kitchen setup; it’s got everything you need if you want to grab fresh ingredients from the Marché Forville (about a five-minute walk up the hill) and avoid the tourist-trap restaurants along the Croisette. The living area opens up nicely, and there’s enough space for a group to spread out without feeling like you’re stepping on each other – crucial when you’re sharing with friends or family.

You know what surprised me most? How quiet it gets at night, considering you’re smack in the center of everything. Sure, during Cannes Film Festival or the music festivals, all bets are off – the whole city turns into one big party. But most of the year, once you close those shutters, it’s actually peaceful. The building itself has that solid, old-school French construction that blocks out most street noise. Parking is… well, it’s Cannes, so good luck with that. But honestly, once you’re settled in this location, you won’t need a car anyway. The train station is a pleasant ten-minute walk if you want to explore Nice or Monaco, and everything else worth seeing in Cannes is within easy walking distance. The beaches, the high-end shopping, those little side streets with the authentic bistros that haven’t been completely touristified yet – it’s all right there. I mean, you could stay here and never venture more than a few blocks from your front door and still have an incredible time.

  What could be improved: Everything great, maybe obviously the prices but depends on the congress and events,.and it applies for any other apartment at Cannes close to the Palais.

  Great location, right in the middle of Ken just a short walk from everywhere you would need to go to.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing really. It was a little noisy in the front rooms in the evening with her opposite the bar closes and then it’s lovely

  appartement spacieux, très bien équipé. emplacement idéal pour participer à un salon professionnel au plais des congrès et "profiter" des restaurants à proximité.
  
  What could be improved: le bruit des restaurants juste en dessous tard en soirée coté rue.
  il manque des clapets équilibreurs de pression sur les évacuations.
  la hauteur des allèges des fenêtres coté rue nécessiterais un garde corp pour respecter les normes de sécurité.

  What could be improved: Finestre non insonorizzanti ed essendo l'appartamento sopra un ristorante con di fronte un wine bar, entrambi molto frequentati, c'era molto rumore fino a tardi.
