  appartement spacieux, très bien équipé. emplacement idéal pour participer à un salon professionnel au plais des congrès et "profiter" des restaurants à proximité.

  il manque des clapets équilibreurs de pression sur les évacuations.
  la hauteur des allèges des fenêtres coté rue nécessiterais un garde corp pour respecter les normes de sécurité.

  Posizione perfetta per raggiungere il Palais des Festivals. Cucina equipaggiata benissimo. Salone molto ampio.
  
  What could be improved: Finestre non insonorizzanti ed essendo l'appartamento sopra un ristorante con di fronte un wine bar, entrambi molto frequentati, c'era molto rumore fino a tardi.
