Or head the other way toward Super Cannes if you want those postcard views without the crowds. The three-star rating is honest too – you’re getting solid fundamentals done well rather than fancy extras you probably don’t need anyway. If you’re the type who spends all day out exploring and just wants a comfortable, functional base with some nice amenities to come back to, this hits that sweet spot. Plus, having space for four people with actual room to breathe is harder to find than you’d think in Cannes, especially anywhere near this price range.

  L’accueil d’Emmanuelle était parfait, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et demandes. L’air conditionné. L’immense parc, la piscine et le parking. La proximité des arrêts de bus. La présence d’une laverie dans la résidence.
  
  What could be improved: La décoration est un peu datée et mériterait un rafraîchissement, en commençant par les rideaux et l’éclairage, un peu faible, mais à ce niveau de prix cela est peu important. Nous avons regretté l’absence de moustiquaires aux fenêtres, ce qui nous a interdit de les ouvrir tout au long du séjour. Les autres résidents respectent peu les places de parking : il y’a aurait quelque chose à faire sur ce point. Cela reste des détails qui ne nous empêcheront pas de revenir.

  On a adoré notre séjour à la Villa Francia ! Ce petit deux-pièces était parfait : super propre, bien agencé et avec la clim, un vrai bonheur par cette chaleur !
  La piscine est géniale, on en a bien profité pour se rafraîchir et se détendre. Gros plus : le parking pratique sur place et même un terrain de tennis pour les amateurs ! L'ambiance générale de la résidence est top, on s'y sent tout de suite bien.
  C'est l'emplacement idéal pour un mix de calme et d'accès facile à Cannes. Bref, une adresse que l'on recommande chaudement pour des vacances réussies sous le soleil ! On reviendra !
