I mean, let’s be real about the three-star rating – this isn’t some luxury palace with marble everything and a concierge who remembers your coffee order. But that 8.2 rating tells the real story here. The terrace is what makes this place special, and I’m talking about a proper sea view, not some sliver of blue you have to crane your neck to see. Morning coffee out there while watching the Mediterranean wake up? That’s worth the price of admission right there. The location on Pointe Croisette puts you in this sweet spot where you feel like you’re part of the action without being overwhelmed by it – you can walk to all the festival madness during Cannes season, but you can also escape back to your own little sanctuary.

What I really appreciated was how the place feels lived-in rather than sterile.
