The building has that classic French Riviera feel without being flashy, and there’s something refreshing about having your own space rather than dealing with hotel lobby crowds.

The apartment layout really works well — it’s not huge, but everything feels thoughtfully arranged. I mean, when you’re in Cannes, you’re probably not spending much time indoors anyway, right? The kitchen is actually functional (not just decorative like some vacation rentals), which came in handy when we grabbed fresh produce from the local markets. The room setup gives you that independence you don’t get in traditional hotels — you can come and go as you please, store your own snacks, and honestly just feel more at home.

Location Perks

Here’s where this place really shines — the location is genuinely excellent. You’re in what locals consider the prime residential area, which means you get that authentic Cannes vibe without the tourist chaos right outside your door. The beach is totally walkable (maybe 10-15 minutes depending on your pace), and you’re close enough to the action but far enough away to actually get some sleep. Plus, having parking on-site is honestly a game-changer in Cannes — I can’t stress enough how much of a headache you’ll avoid not having to hunt for street parking.

Practical Considerations

The whole Interhome setup works pretty smoothly — check-in was straightforward, and when we had a minor question about the WiFi, someone actually got back to us quickly. The building itself feels secure and well-maintained, which matters when you’re settling in for more than just a night or two. I noticed the neighbors were a mix of locals and other travelers, so it has that residential feel rather than feeling like a tourist complex. The nearby shops and that little café around the corner (the one with the blue awning) became our morning routine pretty quickly.

Why Guests Love It

Look, this isn’t going to wow you with fancy amenities or concierge service, but it delivers exactly what it promises. Couples seem to really appreciate the privacy and independence — you can plan your own schedule, cook breakfast if you want, or just sprawl out without worrying about housekeeping knocking. The 8.2 rating makes sense because it’s reliable, well-located, and gives you that local living experience that’s hard to find in traditional hotels. If you want to experience Cannes like you actually live there (temporarily), rather than just passing through, this place hits that sweet spot.

  Prachtig uitziet. Ruim appartement. Parkeer ruimte voor de deur. Alleen de wifi was niet zo sterk.

  Wir sind immer wieder von der tollen Lage und der genialen Aussicht dieser Wohnung begeistert.
  Diesmal war auch der Gesamteindruck – nach Generalsanierung – top. Wir haben uns wie immer
  wohlgefühlt und haben den Aufenthalt genossen.
  Den angeschlossenen Supermarkt in er Anlage nutzen wir kaum, da wir es genießen den morgentlichen
  Einkauf in Cannes am Markt zu tätigen und gleichzeitig einen Espresso und einen Croissant zu genießen.
  Wir werden wiederkommen.
  
  What could be improved: Eingangstüre zum Haus, Schließmechanismus müsste überarbeitet werden.
  Schlüsselabgabe bei Abreise müsste überdacht werden, man verliert Zeit,
  da man quer durch Cannes fahren muss.

  The territory is very large with lots of apartments in separate buildings. This particular Villa is a little bit further from the main building and the swimming pool. So you have more silence. The view from the Infinity swimming pool is amazing. Swimming pool is for free, but you must pay extra for sunbeds (5 Eur/half a day or 10 Eur/day) for each sunbed if you want to use it. So sunbeds are charged and I didn't find this information before booking. There were all kitchen equipment and cleaning kit.
  
  What could be improved: The Villa is old building, so be prepared for the "old smell". There were no welcome kit for bathroom (shampoo, soap…).
  Sunbeds by the swimming pool are charged additionally and I didn't find this information before booking.
  The Interhome lady didn't gave as information that we should bring back the swimming pool bracelets. When we check out (alive) we gave back the keys and the papers (instructions and rules for Villa usage), and she didn't even mention anything about bracelets. So we needed to turn back from the way to air port to bring back the bracelets after her call. Otherwise they wanted to charge us 25 Eur per unit (100Eur per family). Luckily we managed to bring back the bracelets and do not miss the flight. But it was very unpleasant experience.

  What could be improved: In the descriptions, it was told that there are two bathrooms in the apartment, one for each room. This was correct, but there was only one WC. When I read two rooms and two bathrooms, I would expect one WC for each room, which was not the case.
