When I first walked up to number 8, I thought “well, this is tucked away” – and that actually turned out to be one of its best features. You’re literally steps from the waterfront (I mean, the name doesn’t lie about being “riva al mare”), but you’re not dealing with the constant parade of tourists that hits the Croisette.

The apartment itself has that relaxed Mediterranean vibe you hope for but don’t always get. What struck me was how the morning light just floods in through the windows – you know how sometimes these coastal places can feel dark and cramped? Not here. The space feels lived-in rather than sterile, which I appreciated after spending time in some of those overly polished hotel rooms near the Palais. The kitchen actually works for making real meals, not just reheating croissants, and honestly, with the little markets scattered around this neighborhood, you’ll want to cook. There’s this great fromagerie just around the corner that locals hit up – the kind of place where they remember your face after two visits.

Here’s what you should know practically speaking: parking can be tricky (welcome to Cannes), but there are spots if you’re patient, and the hosts are pretty good about giving you the real scoop on where to look. The area gets quiet at night, which was perfect for me but might feel too sleepy if you’re looking to stumble home from late-night spots. That said, you’re a ten-minute walk from all the action on rue d’Antibes, and the beach access is ridiculously easy – I found myself taking morning swims before the crowds showed up, something you can’t really do when you’re staying right in the thick of things. The 9.7 rating makes sense when you experience it; it’s not fancy in that Instagram-perfect way, but it’s genuinely comfortable and the kind of place where you settle in rather than just crash. If you’re the type who wants to feel like you’re actually living in Cannes for a few days rather than just visiting, this works beautifully.

  Outstanding service, good location with easy transport access to the city centre and a nice sea view. I would highly recommend it.

  The pool area was nice but crowded. The room was large and I loved that it had a washing machine. Room had everything we needed to have meals in our room.
  
  What could be improved: To get to the beach it was a slight walk and needed to cross busy road. Not much of nightlife or shopping as it's not actually I'm Cannes. The unit is not in the building that has pool but right next to it. Walking to pool was a bit odd as you had to go through an abandoned room.

  Clean, spacious, and comfortable. Easy walk to the promenade and into Cannes. Patrizia/Pascale, the hosts, was exceptional. Very helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay work well.

  Помешкання дійсно дуже велике, комфортне, гарно укомплектоване, чисте і ми дуже задоволені, що обрали його. Ми їхали всією сім'єю – 2 дорослих і 2 дітей і всім було достатньо місця. Велика спальня зі зручним ліжком, тумбочками, великою шафою з вішаками і комодом, телевізором та кондиціонером. Білизна чиста, багато рушників. Вітальня з 2 диванами, великим столом і стільцями, шафою, де було багато шуфляд для різних речей, телевізором та кондиціонером, були ще столики біля кожного дивану, що дуже зручно. Ванна кімната простора та сучасна. Гарне велике дзеркало, умивальник, шухляди, шафа для різних речей, сушка для рушників, душова, де легко може поміститися одразу 2-є людей. Був фен і мило і шампуні. Туалет окремо від ванної кімнати, що дуже зручно, коли відпочиває вся сім'я. Там же пральна машинка і в наборі навіть капсула для прання. Все продумано для людей. Кухня окрема від кімнат, повністю з усією необхідною технікою, посудом та кухонним приладдям. Є великий холодильник, мікрохвильова піч, електроплита, духова шафа, посудомийка, кавоварок 3 види на будь-який смак, електрочайник і все, що потрібно. Набір з губок, таблетки для посудомийки, рушники. Були всі необхідні миючі засоби. Балкон – це взагалі окремий респект. Вид на море і пальми. Балкон великий, там також великий стіл зі стільцями, сушка для одягу. У квартирі гарне освітлення, підлога з плиточки, стіни і стеля світлі, без будь-яких нюансів, все справно працює, вхідні двері мають автоматичний замок, кімнати, кухня, ванна і туалет роздільні, шикарний балкон. Квартира на 2-му поверсі, є ліфт і парковочне місце. І ще басейн на території з лежаками. Нам дуже сподобалось дане помешкання і ми надзвичайно вдячні Патриції за все. Вона була з нами на зв'язку і в усьому допомагала. Дякуємо, ми однозначно будемо рекомендувати дане помешкання.

  Petit- Dejeuner fanns att köpa på husets Restaurant (Piscine Bleu), lägenheten fullt utrustad och tvättmöjlighet och en mycket fin balkong 12m2, med sea view Cote d'azure.
  Garage i huset som fungerade för 'stor' bil också VW T-Cross, inpassage/utpassage med kodlås.
  Mycket safety säkert boende och dessutom 100m till beachen om man inte föredrog att bada i poolen med Restaurant (prisvärt som helhet)
