It’s got that lived-in comfort without being shabby – clean lines, decent WiFi (crucial, obviously), and honestly better coffee setup than most four-star places I’ve stayed. The shower pressure is solid, which anyone who’s dealt with old Cannes plumbing will appreciate. What really got me though was how the owner clearly knows their stuff about the neighborhood. They left these little notes about where to grab the best pain au chocolat (spoiler: not the touristy bakery everyone goes to) and which beach clubs won’t completely destroy your budget. During festival season this place probably books up fast, but in shoulder months you’re getting incredible value – I’m talking about paying apartment prices for what feels like boutique hotel quality.

The building itself sits right in the heart of everything without being on top of everything, if that makes sense. You’ve got the morning market at Forville just around the corner, and you can duck down to the old port through those narrow streets that make Cannes feel less like a resort town and more like, well, actual France. Parking can be a bit of a dance – street spots are hit or miss, but there’s a public garage within walking distance that won’t bankrupt you. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that awkward key-exchange choreography you sometimes get with vacation rentals. The 9.5 rating isn’t just people being generous – this place genuinely works, and you can tell the owners actually care about getting the details right rather than just maximizing bookings.

  Місце розташування дуже гарне, в самому центрі Канн. 3 хвилини до пляжу, 5 хвилин до Каннського будинку фестивалів та червоної доріжки. Поблизу всі брендові магазини. Паркінг теж близько від 5 до 10 хвилин пішки.
