The kitchen’s properly equipped too, which matters if you’re staying more than a couple nights and don’t want to blow your budget on restaurant meals every single time. I picked up groceries at the little Monoprix down the street and actually enjoyed making coffee in the morning instead of hunting for an overpriced café.

What I really appreciated was how the owner clearly knows this area – they left these handwritten notes about which bus routes avoid tourist traffic and where to find parking (honestly crucial in Cannes, especially during festival season). The neighborhood has this lived-in feel where you’ll see actual French families doing their daily shopping, not just cruise ship groups taking selfies. There’s a bakery two blocks over that opens at 6:30 AM with croissants that are still warm, and I swear the old woman behind the counter started recognizing me by day three. The apartment stays pretty quiet at night too – you get some street noise during the day, but nothing that kept me awake, and the bedroom faces away from the main avenue anyway. I’d definitely book this place again, especially if I wanted to feel like I was staying somewhere real instead of just another tourist stop. The 10 rating isn’t some fluke – it’s just a solid, comfortable place run by people who actually care about getting the details right.

  A szálláson minden rendben volt. Tiszta, jól felszerelt. Az ágy kényelmes.
  A medence és környéke kifogástalanul tiszta!
  A medencéből gyönyörű, panorámás kilátás nyílik a tengerre!
  A házigazda és a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész!
  A szállástól a tengerig 15 perc az út kényelmesen sétálva.
  Az abc busszal kb. 5 perc. A buszmegállótól a szállásig kb. 10 perc séta.
  Ár-érték arányban szerintem nagyon jó!
