The room is exactly what it says — a studio setup that’s perfect for couples who don’t need tons of space but want everything functional. There’s a small kitchenette that’s actually useful (not just for show), and the bed faces toward the windows so you wake up with natural light streaming in. I mean, it’s not going to win any design awards, but everything works well and feels clean. The bathroom is compact but has good water pressure, which matters more than you’d think after a long day walking around the city.

There’s definitely something about this place that clicks with couples — and after staying here, I get it. It’s intimate without being cramped, and there’s this nice balance where you can cook a simple breakfast together or walk five minutes to find a proper café. The free parking means you can easily explore the surrounding areas (the drive to Nice is gorgeous), but you’re also perfectly positioned to just wander Cannes on foot. Honestly, for a romantic getaway that doesn’t break the bank, this setup just works.

What really sets this place apart is that combination of location and practicality that’s surprisingly hard to find in Cannes. You’re getting beach proximity without beach resort prices, and that parking situation alone saves you probably 20-30 euros a day.   la vue depuis l'appartement est très belle malgré le train qui ne nous a pas géné.
  l'emplacement de l'appartement permet d'être très vite en ville avec les bus ou à pied par le bord de mer.
  
  What could be improved: cher en raison du festival.
  Nous aurions aimé avoir davantage d'explications sur les fonctionnements de la télé par exemple à l'accueil.

  Very kind and helpful host and also the contact Uliana who waited patiently for us to give us the keys. The structure is right inside the Luxhotel property, entering on the right. Accommodation in a single room with kitchen, bed, sofa and table (bar type) on the veranda. Overall good apartment, good apartment equipment, also considering the prices of Cannes. Sea and main road easily reachable on foot in less than 10 minutes on foot, port about 20 minutes on foot.
  
  What could be improved: The unpleasant note is that there is a railway between the apartment and the seafront, at night the trains do not run but in the early morning it can be annoying. There is a strong smell of smoke in the apartment, I reported it to the host, I hope they will solve it.
