Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw “Belle terrasse près du Martinez et des plages!” I thought it was just another rental trying to name-drop the famous Martinez hotel. But after staying here, I get it. This little gem on Avenue Beauséjour actually delivers on that promise, and honestly, it’s become one of my go-to recommendations for Cannes.

The location is what really makes this place sing. You’re tucked away in La Californie Pezou, which – if you don’t know Cannes – is this quieter residential area that feels worlds away from the Croisette chaos but is actually just a pleasant ten-minute walk down to the beaches. I mean, you can literally see the Martinez from the terrace (hence the name), but you’re not dealing with the insane crowds and noise that come with staying right in the thick of things. The apartment itself has this lovely lived-in feel – not sterile like some rentals, but clearly cared for. That terrace they’re bragging about? Yeah, it’s actually worth bragging about. Perfect for morning coffee before the day gets too hot, and honestly, some of the best sunset views I’ve had in Cannes.

What I really appreciate is how the owners seem to understand what travelers actually need. There’s decent parking nearby (which, trust me, is gold in Cannes), the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and the kitchen is properly stocked – not just a couple of sad plates and a broken can opener like some places. The bed is comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d wrestled with it all night, and you know what? The shower pressure is actually decent. These might sound like small things, but when you’re paying Cannes prices, the details matter. The building itself has that classic French apartment feel – a bit of creaking here and there, but it adds character rather than feeling run-down. You’ll hear some street noise during the day, but nothing that keeps you up at night. During festival season (which, let’s face it, is when most people are trying to get to Cannes), this place is a steal compared to the hotels that jack up their prices to astronomical levels. Even in the off-season, it feels like you’re getting more space and personality for your money than most of the cookie-cutter accommodations closer to the convention center.

  O locatie frumoasa cu toate facilitatile de care ai nevoie intr-o vacanta, cu garaj subteran destul de mare in care poti parca inclusiv un SUV. Apartamentul este situat la 5 minute de croisette si de plaja

  Superbe appartement rénové avec une vue splendide proche des plages et de tous les restaurants. La terrasse est magnifique. On peut y bronzer il y a même de télé et Netflix appartement très confortable et super hôte. Je recommande ! Je reviendrai certainement, car il y a un très bon rapport qualité prix
