The bed was comfortable enough for a solid night’s sleep, and honestly, after walking around Cannes all day, that’s what matters most. The bathroom was clean and functional, though don’t expect marble countertops or anything fancy. What I appreciated was the attention to keeping things quiet — the windows actually block out most of the street noise, which can be a real issue in busy French cities.

Daily Rhythms

Mornings here feel relaxed in a way that surprised me. You’re not rushing to beat crowds to get anywhere because everything’s so close. I’d grab coffee from one of the nearby cafés (there are several good ones within a two-minute walk) and plan out the day without feeling pressured. The staff speaks decent English if your French is rusty, and they seem genuinely helpful with directions and recommendations. They know the neighborhood well and can point you toward the less obvious spots that are worth your time.

Why Guests Love It

Couples especially seem drawn to this place, and I can see why — there’s something romantic about having your own quiet corner in such a vibrant city. The location score of 9.1 makes perfect sense when you experience how easy it is to walk everywhere you want to go.   The best thing about this accommodation was the location. It is easy to find, near train station. The area feels very safe and is in the heart of everything you could want in Cannes. The price is good for Cannes too. The kitchen facilities are good, although we didn’t ever eat in the property.
  
  What could be improved: The absolute worst thing was the lack of air conditioning. It was 30 degrees during our five day stay. A portable air con unit was placed in the lounge area but it didn’t work and to be honest was unsafe as it was covered in parcel sellotape at the back to keep it together! My daughter was sleeping next to it so as it was not working and looked unsafe we left it turned off. We had to make do with a fan in each room. It made sleeping a very difficult experience and when getting ready to go out we were sweating. The beds are creaky which wakes you up. The sofa bed is quite grimy and in need of a good clean. It was also not prepared for our stay. The bedding supplied did not match and seemed sloppily thrown in the cupboard. The shower unit leaks and was full of black mould it was in need of a very good clean! There also simply wasn’t enough towels supplied for our duration and for three of us so we ended up re using towels between us which isn’t ideal.

  Чудесная квартира. С отдельной спальней и душем в спальне) Красивая, уютная кухня. Есть всё необходимое. Тихо, окна во двор. Красивый вид из окна. Рекомендуем для романтического пребывания.
  
  What could be improved: Хотелось бы кондиционер. Летом жарковато. Соседи держат входные двери открытыми: в коридоре есть общий кондиционер)))
