Hotel Description
Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places along the Côte d’Azur, and this little spot on Quai Saint-Pierre honestly surprised me. You know how sometimes a place has this incredibly long name that makes you think they’re trying too hard? Well, in this case, they’re actually not overselling it – the seafront location really is something special. I mean, you’re literally right there on the old port, watching the fishing boats come in early morning while you’re having your coffee. The air conditioning they mention in the name? Thank god for that, because Cannes in summer can be absolutely brutal, and I’ve learned the hard way that “Mediterranean breeze” doesn’t always cut it when you’re trying to sleep.
What struck me most was how the place manages to feel both central and peaceful at the same time. You’re a two-minute walk from all the craziness of La Croisette – the designer shops, the festival buzz, the whole glamorous scene – but somehow when you’re back in your room looking out at the harbor, it’s like you’re in a completely different world. The boats bobbing around, the occasional seagull drama, the way the light hits the water in the evening… it’s actually pretty magical. I spent way more time than I expected just sitting by the window. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, nothing fancy but honestly, with that view, who cares if the furniture isn’t designer? The AC works like a dream (seriously important in July), and the location means you can walk everywhere without dealing with Cannes’ nightmare parking situation.
Here’s what I really appreciated – the staff actually knows the neighborhood. When I asked about avoiding the tourist traps for dinner, they pointed me toward this tiny place tucked behind the Forville market that I never would have found otherwise. That’s the kind of local knowledge you get when you stay somewhere that’s been part of the community for a while, rather than some massive chain hotel. The 9.8 rating makes sense to me – it’s not trying to be the Carlton or the Martinez, but for what it is, it delivers completely. The only tiny downside is that it can get a bit lively outside on weekend nights (you’re in the heart of the old port, after all), but honestly, the double-glazed windows handle most of it, and the AC means you’re not sleeping with windows open anyway. If you want to be right in the middle of everything Cannes has to offer without paying resort prices, and you actually want to see the Mediterranean instead of just being near it, this is your spot.

Everything! The apartment was very modern and very well equipped. Location was superb near the port with view over the sea. The apartment is above a restaurant but due the double or tripple galzing of the windows is was so quiet. Air Con in every single room and Wifi faster then at home:-) The host provided us with great tips upon arrival and was very repsonisve throughout our stay. We will return for sure!

Fantastic views, supplied phone chargers for all type of phones, very clean and nice and central aircon in every room. This property does exactly what’s it’s supposed to do and we were very happy with it.
What could be improved: The property is great but if I had to say something I’d say bedroom windows aren’t the best but it really didn’t matter or bother us and we can’t wait to stay here againTommy from United Kingdom – 20 July 2024 (10/10)
The apartment was in a great location, very clean and well equipped for all our needs. With little extras from the host thrown in, which was a lovely surprise. Everything about the apartment was lovely and the view is unreal.
Now for a review on the host – Heike was just lovely from the start of booking the apartment right the way through to the end, we were given information on not only the apartment but restaurants, beach clubs and things to do in Cannes more than you would expect from any host. Heike even checked in on us a number of times to make sure all was going ok and we were happy, this is over and above anything I have ever experienced when booking somewhere to stay. Definitely 10/10 on the property and host. Would and will be recommending this to family and friends.

Excellent place, excellent host. Photos do not do justice to the place. We loved our stay at the place and will definitely return. 😊😊
What could be improved: Nothing to complain about and we are critical travellers ))Liat from Israel – 25 June 2024 (10/10)
The location was perfect!
The hospitality was great, the landlady was kind to us and accommodating to all our questions,
the apartment is clean and tidy Location was perfect, we will be back next yearGerard from Luxembourg – 5 June 2024 (9/10)
Very well situated in the old harbor of Cannes. The old center, restaurants and beaches are within 5 minutes walk. Accommodation is more than fine – nothing to criticize that would be worth more than just for the sake of saying something to balance feedback. I can only recommend the place !

Unfortunately, I don't have enough stars to give a completely true rating of my stay: everything was absolutely perfect, from the lovely communication with the host Heike, to the location, to the absolutely fantastically furnished, sunny and spacious apartment, where both two bedrooms had their own bathroom. In the apartment you will find absolutely everything you need for your stay – from a Nespresso coffee machine to a TV, a speaker to play your Spotify through chargers at each place and ultra-fast wifi! Absolutely beautiful views of the harbour, cafes and everything you need right below the windows, I have no more superlatives or words. Heike, thank you so much for everything and see you next year, but this time for two weeks 🙂

Lovely apartment with a great view at a very central location, close to the Palais. Perfect hosts. We have enjoyed our stay immensely.
What could be improved: Everything was perfect.
