Le studio Palm Beach, Clim ,Parking, Neuf
You know what struck me first about Le Studio Palm Beach? The name is honestly a bit misleading – I was expecting some beachfront resort vibe, but this is actually a really smart little studio apartment tucked away on Avenue de Lérins. And honestly, that turned out to be way better than I anticipated. The location is sort of perfect if you know Cannes at all – you’re right in Pointe Croisette, which means you can walk to the famous Croisette Boulevard and beaches in maybe eight minutes, but you’re far enough back that you’re not dealing with the tourist chaos and inflated prices every time you step outside.
The studio itself is genuinely new – I mean, everything from the air conditioning (which actually works, thank god) to the kitchen fixtures feels fresh and well-thought-out. The parking situation alone makes this place worth considering, because let’s be real, finding parking in Cannes during festival season or summer is basically a nightmare. Having your own spot is huge. The space is compact but cleverly designed – they’ve managed to fit everything you need without it feeling cramped, though I will say if you’re planning to stay for more than a few days, you might want to get creative with storage. The air conditioning is powerful enough that even during those sticky Mediterranean nights in July, you’ll sleep comfortably. What I really appreciated were the little details – good water pressure in the shower, blackout curtains that actually block light, and a kitchen setup that’s functional enough for more than just reheating leftovers.
The 9.5 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there. It’s not trying to be fancy or luxurious, but it delivers exactly what it promises, and in Cannes, that’s actually pretty rare at this price point. You’re close enough to walk to Marché Forville for fresh produce in the mornings (the tomatoes there are incredible, by the way), and the neighborhood has this nice residential feel where you’ll see actual locals going about their day instead of just tourists taking selfies. The only minor thing – and this is really minor – is that the walls are a bit thin, so if your neighbors are chatty late at night, you’ll know about it. But honestly, for a 3-star place that gives you independence, proper AC, parking, and puts you within walking distance of both the glamour and the authentic parts of Cannes, it’s pretty hard to beat.
