Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Cannes over the years, and this apartment on Boulevard de Lorraine honestly surprised me. The name’s a bit of a mouthful – Citybeach SOHA whatever – but don’t let that put you off. What you’re getting is this really solid two-bedroom setup that’s actually in the sweet spot of Cannes, you know? I mean, you’re literally a five-minute walk from Rue d’Antibes, which is where all the good shopping happens without the insane crowds of the Croisette. The building itself is one of those typical French residential blocks – nothing fancy from the outside, but the elevator works (thank god, because who wants to haul luggage up French stairs), and there’s actual parking, which in Cannes is basically like finding gold.

The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room, if that makes sense. The air conditioning works properly – and I’m saying this as someone who’s suffered through way too many Mediterranean summers in places with useless AC units. The terrace is probably the best part though. It’s not huge, but it catches the morning sun perfectly, and you can actually sit out there with coffee without feeling like you’re on display for the whole neighborhood. Both bathrooms are decent sized, which matters when you’re traveling with other people, and there’s this extra toilet that seems random but is actually brilliant when everyone’s getting ready to go out. The whole place is clean and well-maintained – you can tell someone actually cares about keeping it nice rather than just cramming in as many bookings as possible.

What really sold me on this place is the location, though. Boulevard de Lorraine is one of those streets that locals use but tourists don’t really know about, so you get this authentic neighborhood feel. There’s a proper French bakery literally around the corner where the old guys gather every morning – you’ll hear them arguing about football while you’re having your coffee on the terrace. You’re close enough to walk to the beaches (maybe ten minutes to the public ones, fifteen if you want to hit the fancy beach clubs), but far enough away that you don’t get the constant noise and chaos. The train station is walkable too, which is clutch if you want to explore Nice or Monaco for a day. Honestly, the 9.8 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there – it’s not trying to be some luxury palace, but everything just works the way it should. The kind of place where you actually feel like you’re living in Cannes for a few days rather than just passing through.

Visitors often choose Cannes apartments over traditional hotels because they provide more space, kitchen facilities, and the opportunity to live like a local in this magnificent French Riviera destination.

  I loved the apartment with bonus parking underground and its great location. It looked better than the pictures. It’s close to everything like beach, shopping, restaurants. It’s in the happening zone of Cannes and close to Cannes film festival. It’s extremely clean, modern, comfortable and had everything we needed. It had a balcony with outdoor furniture which we used to have breakfast. There is also a great bakery, Signature, right by the building which had to die for sandwiches ,fresh baguettes and wonderful crispy croissants. Host placed few bonus kits for cleaning supplies and toiletries which I think it was very nice and thoughtful. The host , Christopher, is super nice and pleasant. we were so pleased to meet him in person. He waited for us patiently to greet us even though we were late on our arrival. He showed us how things work and recommended few good restaurants. On the day of our departure, he met with us again and even contacted us when we left our belonging. He was an amazing host and very attentive. The host and City Beach SOHA exceeded our expectations. We had a great time in Cannes and would definitely go back to this location.   Absolutely amazing property at a great location. It was so beautiful, spacious and clean. We were 4 girls so having two showers was so convenient. The terrace was also amazing! The host Christophe was so nice as well. I would rate this 11/10 if I could.

  L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de la ville et le parking permet de ne pas se poser de question si on veut prendre sa voiture. La propreté de tout l’appartement est vraiment à souligner et l’équipement est tout à fait complet. La literie est très confortable. L’appartement est très calme car bien isolé des bruits de la rue par le double vitrage. La résidence est très calme.
  Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles pour des précisions si besoin. Ils font tout pour que nous passions un agréable séjour.

  S’il faut dire un souhait, un fauteuil en plus du grand canapé pourrait être agréable.

  Das City Beach SOHA Appartement ist perfekt gelegen in der Innenstadt von Cannes. Man ist mitten im Geschehen und in 5 Minuten am Meer. Es hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem eigenen Bad (Dusche und Waschbecken) sowie ein getrenntes WC zur gemeinsamen Benutzung, dadurch ist es ideal für zwei Paare, eine Familie oder Freunde. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile inklusive Waschmaschine, so dass man sich gut selber versorgen kann, und es gibt einen kleinen Balkon mit einem Tisch für 4 Personen. Die Unterkunft ist neu ausgebaut und sehr sauber, alles in sehr gutem Zustand, es gibt Klimaanlage und Heizung. Wir wurden sehr herzlich vom Gastgeber Christophe empfangen, wir konnten auch ohne Probleme nach der angegebenen Check-in Zeit kommen, die Kommunikation war sehr einfach. Es gibt auch einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage des Hauses (max. Höhe 1.85 m), was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man mit dem Auto kommt.
  
  What could be improved: Durch die zentrale Lage gibt es natürlich auch ein höheres Verkehrsaufkommen und wenn man nachts die Fenster öffnen möchte, muss man mit ein bisschen Strassenlärm von der Rue D’Antibes rechnen.

  Die Wohnung ist direkt in der Rue d’Antibe, super Lage, schöne Terrasse, 2 Badezimmer, Garage, super eingerichtet!! Wirklich empfehlenswert!

  L’appartement est très bien situé dans le centre de Cannes, tout est accessible à pied : Palais des Festivals, Croisette, restaurants et boutiques.
  La décoration est très soignée, la literie de qualité et une cuisine bien équipée. La place de parking au sous sol est indéniablement un gros avantage !
  L’ascenseur est confortable et grand.
  Nous avons apprécié aussi l’attention des propriétaires (Café, thé et produits de salle de bain).
  Je recommande sans hésitation
