You know what really struck me about Cool Appart sur Croisette Palm Beach? It’s one of those places where the location does most of the heavy lifting – and honestly, when you’re literally on Boulevard de la Croisette, that’s not a bad strategy. I mean, you’re steps away from the beach and smack in the middle of everything that makes Cannes worth visiting, but without the eye-watering prices of the palace hotels further down the strip.

The apartment setup actually works really well here. It’s not trying to be the Martinez or the Carlton – it’s more like having a friend’s place right on the Croisette, which is pretty much the dream scenario. The 8.2 rating makes sense once you’re there; it’s solid without being fancy, and the three-star rating is spot-on. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, especially considering you’re on one of the busiest boulevards on the Riviera. The Palm Beach end of the Croisette tends to be less chaotic than the festival palace area anyway – you get that residential vibe mixed with the glamour, if that makes sense. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle (welcome to Cannes), but there’s actually decent street parking early in the morning if you’re willing to move your car before the meters kick in.

The best part? You can literally roll out of bed and be on the beach in two minutes, or wander over to the Marché Forville for fresh produce without dealing with the tourist traps closer to the port. I loved being able to grab coffee at one of the local spots on Rue d’Antibes – just a quick walk inland – then come back and people-watch from the apartment. During festival season this location would be absolute gold, but honestly, I preferred being there in the shoulder months when you can actually enjoy the Croisette without fighting through crowds. The whole Pointe Croisette area has this slightly more relaxed feel compared to the center, but you’re still close enough to everything that matters. It’s not perfect – the building itself is pretty standard, and don’t expect resort-level amenities – but for the price point and that address, it’s hard to argue with the value.

Visitors often choose Cannes apartments over traditional hotels because they provide more space, kitchen facilities, and the opportunity to live like a local in this magnificent French Riviera destination.

  Excellent location: right on a pretty beach. Bus stop outside with regular, cheap service into Cannes. Also very walkable into Cannes along the famous seafront. Quiet, upmarket location near Palm Beach.
  
  What could be improved: The decor is a little bit tired, but for the price, location, it was fine.

  We rented two flats that were possible to be connected through a door in between. Both flats had separate bathrooms, kitchens and loggias. The flats had all the necessary amenities. The view was really nice.
  
  What could be improved: We came for the Cannes Film Festival, so of course we had a bit of a walk to the Palais, but it was along the sea shore which was very picturesque.

  It is a nice one bedroom apartment at an amazing location with friendly staff.
  
  What could be improved: It needs love, the windows weee so dorty, omly k e hanger for the cloths and nowhere to hang it, there was noise from the connecting apartment, no shuters on the kitchen window and the korchen door doesnt slide, so all sunlight was in the room.

  Great place to stay, clean, spacious, fully equipped kitchen and with own balcony to sit down and chill. Away from the crowd yet in like 30 min walk from all the film market events. And only 50 m to a small cool beach by the port. Warren, the owner is a very helpful guy, flexible in providing the keys from the studio and collection them after the stay. Very recommend to Cannes Film events comers but also to those who come just to hang out and appreciate a bit less busy areas of the town. Tomas
