Look, I’ll be honest – when I first walked up to this place on Rue Macé, I wasn’t expecting much from the outside. It’s tucked into this narrow street that most tourists probably miss, which actually turned out to be perfect because you’re literally two minutes from all the Croisette madness but without the constant parade of Ferrari engines revving outside your window at 2 AM.

The thing about this hotel is that it gets the balance right, you know? I mean, sure, it’s a three-star property so don’t expect marble everything, but the rooms are surprisingly well thought out. Mine had this little corner where you could actually sit and have your morning coffee while watching the locals head to work – there’s something oddly charming about seeing real Cannes life instead of just the glitzy stuff. The shower pressure was decent (always a gamble in older French buildings), and honestly, the bed was way more comfortable than I expected. What really surprised me was how quiet it gets at night, even during the festival season when the whole city basically turns into one giant party.

The location though – that’s where this place really shines. You’re what, maybe a three-minute walk to the Palais des Festivals? I timed it because I’m weird like that. And if you want to hit the beach clubs along the Croisette, it’s an easy stroll, but you can also duck into those little side streets behind the hotel where the locals actually eat. There’s this tiny bakery on Rue d’Antibes that you’ll stumble across – their pain au chocolat is ridiculous. The hotel staff actually knows about spots like this, which tells you they’re not just going through the motions. Check-in was smooth, no drama, and they seemed genuinely interested in helping rather than just processing tourists. One small thing – parking can be a bit of a nightmare in this area (welcome to Cannes), but there’s a public garage about five minutes away if you’re driving. I walked everywhere anyway because, well, it’s Cannes and everything worth seeing is walkable from here. For what you pay, especially considering you’re in the heart of everything, it’s actually solid value. Not Instagram-perfect, but real and comfortable in a way that makes you want to come back.

  The apartnent is spacious for 3 adults and 2 young children and is cosy. The facilities  and amenities including an elevator are adequate to make our stay comfortable. The apartnent is secured and safe. The location is absolutely perfect as it is within walking distance to the Croseitte  and the shopping precincts as well as restaurants.
  Further the response to any query was fast and efficient which is a great help to us .

  Amazing location. Very clean apartment with excellent facilities. Family friendly (cot provided). Host was very helpful and always replied to any queries promptly. Lift in building so no lugging bags up stairs!

  The location was superb. The apartment was large and very comfortable. The host was communicative and entry was easy. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was fantastic.

  Very close to the beach. Right in the city center. Many restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is spacious, modern and clean. We didn't have any problems getting the keys. Would definitely come back.

  Everything was great. Large apartment, great location, early check-in.
  The apartment has two bathrooms, two bedrooms. The location is perfect, the apartment is on a quiet street between the croisette and rue de Antibes.
  I will definitely come back.
