I found myself walking to the old town in about ten minutes, and the beach was easily reachable without needing to fight tourist crowds every step of the way. The neighborhood has that authentic French feel — you’ll see locals doing their morning shopping, not just tourists taking selfies.

The Space Itself

The apartment — because that’s really what this is — feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel room. What really caught my attention was the terrace mentioned in the name; it’s actually a proper outdoor space where you can have your morning coffee and watch the city wake up. The kitchen is compact but functional — I mean, you’re not going to cook a five-course meal, but it’s perfect for breakfast or a simple dinner when you don’t feel like dealing with restaurant crowds.   Het uitzicht was prachtig. Ook was de parking erg handig. De locatie zelf is ook fijn om Cannes te ontdekken, je zit dichtbij de boulevard en de stad.
  
  What could be improved: Het bed was zeer oncomfortabel, we lagen letterlijk op een stuk hout met een dun matrasje erboven op. De afwerking van het appartement was niet oké, verf wat afgebladderd was. Deurklinken smerig, hoeken afgebrokkeld.

  Die Lage ist natürlich das Argument Nummer 1 für die Wohnung. Man ist in wenigen Minuten im Stadtzentrum bzw am Strand.
  Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit einmalig. Die Wohnung an sich ist hübsch gestaltet und gut ausgestattet. An- und Abreise sind perfekt organisiert, der Vermieter klärt schon im Vorfeld jedes Detail per Mail. Sehr angenehm ist die Tiefgarage und Details wie ein reibungslos laufendes WLAN. Die komplette parkähnliche Anlage ist gepflegt und sehr ruhig.
  Auch die Kaution war nicht nicht einmal 24 Stunden zurück abgewickelt.
  Ich war wirklich rundherum zufrieden und werde sofort wieder buchen wenn ich nach Cannes reise.
