Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name “Immogroom” I thought it was some sort of typo, but this little studio on Rue Félix Faure turned out to be exactly what I needed during my Cannes trip. You’re literally two minutes from the Palais des Festivals (I timed it because I’m weird like that), which means you can stumble back to your room after those late festival screenings without dealing with the chaos of trying to find a taxi when everyone else is doing the same thing.

The studio itself is small but thoughtfully done – I mean, it’s not going to win any design awards, but whoever set this up actually gets what travelers need. The AC works properly (thank god, because Cannes in summer is brutal), and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re living in a closet. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being right in the city center. Rue Félix Faure isn’t one of those main drags where you’ll hear delivery trucks at 6 AM or drunk tourists stumbling around all night. The building has that solid French construction that just dampens sound naturally.

Here’s what nobody tells you about staying this close to the Palais – you’re not just near the festival action, you’re walking distance from some genuinely good local spots that aren’t tourist traps. There’s this little café around the corner where the barista actually remembers your order after two days, and the morning crowd is mostly locals heading to work, not cruise ship passengers with fanny packs. The Marché Forville is maybe a seven-minute walk if you want to grab fresh stuff for breakfast instead of paying hotel prices. Honestly, the location spoiled me because everything else in Cannes felt inconvenient after staying here. You can walk to the beach, walk to dinner, walk to drinks – in a city where parking costs more than some people’s rent and traffic moves like molasses during festival season, being able to walk everywhere is pretty much priceless. The 8.3 rating makes sense once you factor in that this isn’t trying to be a luxury resort – it’s a well-executed studio that does exactly what it promises, with AC that actually works and a location that lets you experience Cannes like you live there, not like you’re trapped in the tourist bubble.

  What could be improved: Not comfortable, the dining seating area is very uncomfortable, cannot relax, seating is not great. It is functional. An arm chair or similar to relax will make a difference.

  Nothing! Not worth any your cent of money.
  
  What could be improved: Host, just horrible! They delayed our checking, so we has to wait on the sun in Cannes under +36 C° till 18:00 to get into property! There small lift which may fit you solo or you luggage (without you), and you can not send it up as to press buttons, doors should be closed. So you grab your 20+ kg luggage and taking it to the 3rd floor. When we enter the room, it was smoke smell of cigarets inside! AC was working with just 1 set up, on or off. Water in shower was not going out, all floor was dirty and wet, and water run to the loving room. Additionally to that it is almost impossible to sleep there: pillows are not natural, and whole night people screaming outside.
  It was ours 15th visit to Cannes, and we was living in different places, but this one is just horrible!

  Idéalement situé à quelques pas de la Croisette offre un cadre moderne et élégant. Lumineux et Cosy, il est idéal pour profiter pleinement de Cannes. Un bien rare à découvrir rapidement !
