  What could be improved: Not comfortable, the dining seating area is very uncomfortable, cannot relax, seating is not great. It is functional. An arm chair or similar to relax will make a difference.

  What could be improved: Host, just horrible! They delayed our checking, so we has to wait on the sun in Cannes under +36 C° till 18:00 to get into property! There small lift which may fit you solo or you luggage (without you), and you can not send it up as to press buttons, doors should be closed. So you grab your 20+ kg luggage and taking it to the 3rd floor. When we enter the room, it was smoke smell of cigarets inside! AC was working with just 1 set up, on or off. Water in shower was not going out, all floor was dirty and wet, and water run to the loving room. Additionally to that it is almost impossible to sleep there: pillows are not natural, and whole night people screaming outside.
  It was ours 15th visit to Cannes, and we was living in different places, but this one is just horrible!
