The room I stayed in was exactly what you’d expect from a well-run three-star place — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The air conditioning actually works properly (trust me, this matters in summer), and the WiFi is reliable enough that I could video call home without any issues. It’s not going to win any design awards, but everything you need is there and it feels like someone actually thought about how real people use hotel rooms.   What could be improved: Shower was broken. The curtain was broken in one of the bedrooms and one of the chairs on the balcony was broken. There were leads/wires on the floor in both bedrooms. The lights didn’t work in one of the rooms either.

  Die Lage war gut. man war unweit von Strand, Zentrum, Burg und Einkaufmöglichkeiten.
  Es gab eine Tiefgarage, allerdings darf das Auto nicht zu groß sein und man muss geschickt sein, es war sehr eng.
  Der Hausmeister ist sehr nett und hilfsbereich gewesen!!!!
  
  What could be improved: Leider ging die Klimaanlage nicht, obwohl es hätte repariert werden sollen, vor unserer Ankunft. Auch hat sich der Gastgeber nicht darum gekümmert, auch nachdem ich gesagt hatte, dass es nicht angehnem ist und man nicht schlafen kann ohne Klima (August). Der Hausmeister war aber so freundlich und hat uns sein privates kleines Klimagerät zur Verfügung gestellt.
  Es war auch nicht sehr sauber, Küche leider keine Küchenutensilien zum Kochen, Ventilator in der Toilette und Bad nicht funktioniert, Kühlschrank sehr klein und Gefrierfach total vereist. Würde nicht mehr dort buchen.

  Apartment was quiet, despite being on a main road.
  Very close to a pâtisserie, which was handy for a quick breakfast.

  What could be improved: When address for key pick up was put in google maps, it sent us to the wrong destination. Perhaps a pin drop link would help others correctly locate the key box.
  Did not like having to remove all garbage on exit. That should be done by cleaners, in my opinion.
  The Wi-Fi instructions weren't correct.

  What could be improved: Klimaanlage funktionierte nur kurz u ließ sich nicht einstellen. Mann muss suchen um sie anzuschalten und Glück haben wenn sie geht. Der Schlüssel ist als ortsunkäntlicher schwer zu finden, wenn man nachts dort ankommt. Selbst der Hausmeister wusste es nicht. Parken geht nur mit einem kleinen Auto zwischen 2 Betonpfeilern obwohl genügend Platz ist, wurden wir angewiesen nur da mit dem Auto zu stehen.
