You know what caught me off guard about this little place on Boulevard Eugène Gazagnaire? It’s actually got character – and I mean that in the best way possible. Most apartment rentals in Cannes feel like they’re trying too hard to be fancy, but Immogroom’s spot here just feels… right. The terrace is honestly the star of the show, and when you’re sitting out there in the evening with a glass of wine, you can catch glimpses of the Mediterranean between the buildings. It’s not a full sea view or anything dramatic like that, but there’s something satisfying about those little blue peeks.

The location is pretty smart too – you’re close enough to the Croisette that you can walk to all the glitzy stuff (takes about 12 minutes to get to the Palais des Festivals), but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the crowds and noise every single minute. I actually appreciated being able to duck back here when the whole Cannes scene got overwhelming, which honestly happens faster than you’d think. The AC works well, which is crucial because even in September it can get stuffy in these older buildings. Wifi was solid throughout my stay – I had a few work calls and didn’t have any issues.

What I really liked was how the place feels lived-in rather than sterile. The kitchen is small but functional (I made coffee every morning and picked up groceries at the Monoprix down the street), and there’s enough space to actually unpack your stuff instead of living out of a suitcase. The bed is comfortable, though the pillows are a bit soft for my taste – minor thing, really. Parking can be tricky in this area, but there’s a public lot about a 3-minute walk away that’s not too expensive by Cannes standards. The building itself is typical French apartment style, so you’ll hear some street noise during the day, but it quiets down nicely at night. Check-in was smooth – the host was responsive and gave me some good tips about avoiding the tourist traps for dinner. I mean, when someone local tells you to skip the restaurants right on the Croisette and walk a few blocks inland instead, you listen. Overall, it’s the kind of place where you feel like you’re actually staying in Cannes rather than just visiting it, if that makes sense.

  Апартаменты по расположению к пляжу оказались гораздо ближе, чем мы предполагали! Вся бытовая техника работала исправно, кровать и диван удобные, туалет и душ находятся в разных помещениях, что очень комфортно! Во второй половине на лоджии солнечно.
