But here’s the thing that got me: that sea view from the studio window. I mean, you’re literally looking out at the same stretch of Mediterranean that all those festival stars pose in front of, except you’re seeing it from your pajamas with a coffee in hand.

The location is pretty much perfect if you actually want to experience Cannes rather than just Instagram it. You’re right there on Boulevard de la Croisette – and I’m talking like a two-minute walk to the Palais des Festivals, which is crazy convenient during festival season (though good luck getting a reservation then). What I really appreciated was being close enough to the action but far enough from the absolute chaos near the Martinez and Carlton. The studio itself is compact but smartly laid out – honestly, you’re going to spend most of your time exploring anyway, so who needs a massive room? The kitchenette actually works, which is more than I can say for some places I’ve stayed. Pro tip: there’s a little Monoprix just a few blocks up on Rue d’Antibes where you can grab groceries without paying those insane beachfront prices.

The 10 rating makes sense when you factor in the whole package. Sure, the building has that slightly worn French charm (some might call it dated, but I found it authentic), and the elevator is one of those tiny European ones that fits maybe two people and a small suitcase. But you know what? When you’re sipping wine and watching the sunset paint the Baie de Cannes while yacht lights start twinkling below, none of that matters. The staff genuinely seemed to care – they helped me figure out the best times to hit the beach clubs and even recommended this amazing little bistro on Rue Saint-Antoine that I never would have found otherwise. If you’re planning to visit during the film festival or summer peak season, book way ahead because places like this with actual character and reasonable prices get snapped up fast. The street can get a bit lively at night (it’s the Croisette, after all), but honestly, that’s part of the charm of being in the heart of it all.

  La vue, la proximité de la plage, l' emplacement et ensoleillé le matin, la terrasse. Le studio a l' équipement nécessaire pour un séjour. L'hôte, Eva, est bienveillante . C était parfait 👍
