The apartment setup works brilliantly for couples — and apparently I’m not the only one who thinks so, since couples consistently rate this place highly. You get two proper rooms instead of being cramped into a standard hotel room, which makes all the difference when you’re staying more than a night or two. The kitchen is compact but functional, and after a few days of restaurant meals, being able to make coffee exactly how you like it or prepare a simple breakfast feels like such a treat. I rarely needed to worry about parking or public transport because most of Cannes’ highlights are within reasonable walking distance. The climb up to Le Suquet gives you a bit of exercise (which you’ll appreciate after all that French food), and the views from the neighborhood streets are genuinely spectacular, especially in the evening when the light hits the bay just right.

  المكان نظيف من داخل يوجد مواقف للسيارات وطريق الشقه يوجد بارات ومطاعم
  
  What could be improved: الشقه صغيره جدا والسراير لا تكفي لشخصين أبدا والشقه في الدور الاول ولا يوجد مصعد درج صغير بشكل دائري ووجدنا جهاز كأن فيه كاميرا يمكن يكون جهاز إنذار والباب الرئيس للشقه من الأبواب القديمه جدا والحائط مكسر والطريق الي الشقه متعب جدا لانها علي جبل وصعدات لا تصلح لكبار السن او اصحاب الاعاقه لانه في سكك ضيقه لا تصل السياره لها وعند النزول من التكسي تحتاج مسافه كبيره لتصل الي الشقه وانتبه إذا وصلت لا تنزل من السياره آلي إذا تأكدت من معرفة الشقه بالظبط والتكييف واحد فقط وصغير ولا يأدي الغرض موجود في غرفة المعيشه وغرفة النو بدون تكييف ويوجد مروحه

  Emplacement fabuleux sur une rue très vivante, tout près de la croisette et à proximité de tout. Parfait pour profiter des soirées cannoises.
  Appartement très confortable et assez spacieux.
  Hôte très réactif et disponible qui nous a même spontanément informés de certains évènements durant notre séjour.
  
  What could be improved: Il semblerait qu'une grande partie des casseroles/poêles ne soient pas adaptées aux plaques à induction de la cuisine.
  Un vis-à-vis important sur l'immeuble d'en face.
  La propreté de la salle de bain n'est pas impeccable, sans être alarmante pour autant.

  L’emplacement de cet appartement est tout simplement incroyable. Vous pouvez tout faire à pied. De plus, le personnel a été très réactif lorsque nous avons eu besoin de lui pour un pb de clim. Je ne peux que recommander L’écrin !
