The location on Rue Jean-Baptiste Dumas is actually perfect if you know Cannes at all – you’re literally a two-minute walk from the Croisette, but tucked away on this quieter side street where you won’t get the constant buzz of traffic and tourists streaming past your windows at all hours.

What I really appreciated was how the place feels more like a well-appointed apartment than a typical hotel room. The setup actually makes sense for Cannes, where you might want to grab some cheese and wine from the market and have a proper meal without paying restaurant prices every single time. The kitchen area isn’t just for show either – I mean, it’s not huge, but you can actually cook in it. And honestly, after spending days walking around the festival crowds or just exploring the old town (Le Suquet is about a 15-minute walk uphill), having a space where you can kick back and spread out feels pretty luxurious regardless of star ratings. The furnishings have that clean, modern European vibe without being sterile – sort of like staying at a friend’s place if your friend happens to have really good taste and lives in the French Riviera.

The building itself sits in this sweet spot where you’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the madness of the main drag. You can actually walk to the Palais des Festivals in about eight minutes, and there’s this little boulangerie around the corner that locals hit up in the mornings – always a good sign. Parking can be tricky in this part of town (well, parking’s tricky everywhere in Cannes, let’s be honest), but there are a few public lots within reasonable walking distance. I’d definitely recommend this place, especially if you’re planning to stay more than just a night or two. The 9.4 rating makes total sense once you’re there – it’s not trying to be the Carlton or the Martinez, but for what it is, they’ve nailed it. Perfect for people who want to experience Cannes without feeling like they’re living in a fishbowl on the Croisette itself.

  Emplacement parfait, logement propre et bien entretenu. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, ce qui est très pratique pour les familles. Tout est accessible à pied : la plage, ainsi que la rue commerçante. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, je recommande vivement ! Linda nous a très bien accueillis.

  – L’emplacement, dans le centre de Cannes, proche des transports , commerces et les lieux touristiques.
  – Les équipements dans le logements, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour en famille, literie confortable…
