  First of all, Pascal is a great host! The apartment is located very centrally and close to the beach, supermarket, bars and restaurants. It was clean and well equipped. Very good value for money.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment is located just above a cinema so you might hear some noise whenever there is an action scene. But they stop in the evening at a reasonable time so this didn’t bother too much.

  Pascal was great! Location couldnt have been better to access the Palais. Building is slightly old. But Pascal’s warmth and hospitality makes up for it. The room was super clean.

  Pascal is a great host, readily available, helpful, and kind. This was my first trip to France, and the location of SeaYouSoon couldn't be better. Close to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and the Croisette. The easy access to the Cannes Gare made travel to Nice easy. The room was a perfect size for one person, and it was very clean.
