  Well-located apartment in Cannes! While not directly facing the sea but rather in the block behind, the property offers a pleasant view with a glimpse of the sea visible from the balcony. The sofas in the living room are comfortable with a nice tv, good for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The spacious balcony has potential for enjoyable moments.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately, we experienced several problems during our stay. The listing advertised "Three Bedrooms," which misled us, as in reality there were only two bedrooms and one bed located in the living room. As we were five people and needed three separate bedrooms plus the living room, this caused significant inconvenience in our accommodation.
  
  One bathroom had no door handles, which means it was impossible to lock the door when using the bathroom – something completely unacceptable for guests' privacy. How can an apartment be rented with bathrooms that cannot be locked? This issue had already been reported by previous guests, but incredibly was not fixed. The bathroom faucet also had problems.
  
  The beds were uncomfortable and the "pillows" were actually hard cushions, unsuitable for a good night's sleep. None of the guests was satisfied with this situation. The furniture on the balcony was extremely uncomfortable and inadequate for the standard of the apartment – a huge balcony with a partial sea view, but without appropriate furniture to enjoy it.
  
  There was construction work on the street that made the apartment very noisy early the morning. Additionally, on Friday night, there were many people talking very loudly in the street all night long, which created significant noise in the apartment.
  
  When we reported these issues, especially about the pillows as we would have liked better options for the following nights, the person responsible for check-in claimed to be far away and could not resolve anything. There was also confusion with the checkout time: we initially requested 1 PM, which was denied for noon, and when we were ready at the agreed time, the person in charge said she thought it would be at 1 PM and was not prepared.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  Ho recentemente soggiornato presso il Somptueux logement, Cannes Croisette, 4 Étoiles, e l'esperienza è stata straordinaria. La posizione è ideale: situato tra il Marriott e il Carlton, a pochi passi dalla famosa Croisette, offre un accesso immediato alle principali attrazioni di Cannes.
  
  L'appartamento è arredato in stile moderno e lussuoso, con due camere da letto spaziose e due bagni ben equipaggiati, garantendo un soggiorno confortevole. Gli interni sono curati nei minimi dettagli, creando un'atmosfera accogliente e raffinata.
  
  Il personale è estremamente cortese e disponibile, assicurando un'accoglienza calorosa e un'assistenza continua durante tutto il soggiorno. L'accesso alla struttura è semplice e ben organizzato, facilitando sia l'arrivo che la partenza.

  The host makes sure your stay will be excellent and will try to accommodate your every need. The property is outstanding and very homely, this is our second stay at this property.
