Honestly, when I first saw the name “Superbe Appartement vue mer Pointe Croisette,” I rolled my eyes a bit – you know how these places love their fancy French names. But walking into this spot at 119 Boulevard de la Croisette, I actually got it. The sea view really is something else, and being right on the Pointe Croisette means you’re literally at the glamorous end of Cannes without paying Palais des Festivals prices.

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a well-traveled friend’s place than a typical hotel – which makes sense since it’s got that residential vibe going on. What struck me most was how the morning light just floods through those big windows facing the Mediterranean. You can actually hear the waves from the living area, which sounds cheesy but it’s genuinely nice when you’re having your coffee. The 8.8 rating isn’t just people being generous either; the place is genuinely well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. I mean, they’ve got proper kitchen equipment (not those sad hotel kettles), and the bathroom actually has decent water pressure – small things that matter when you’re staying more than a night or two.

Location-wise, you’re about a ten-minute walk from all the Festival madness, but far enough that you won’t have tourists stumbling past your windows at 2 AM. The beach access is right there – no need to trek halfway across town with your towel and sunscreen. What I really appreciated was being close to some of the local spots that aren’t completely overrun; there’s this little bakery just off Boulevard Carnot (maybe a five-minute walk inland) where you can grab proper croissants without the Croisette markup. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare during peak season – I’d honestly recommend the public garage near Palais Stephanie rather than trying to find street parking. The whole area gets pretty busy from May through September, but if you can swing an off-season visit, you’ll have that gorgeous coastline practically to yourself. Three stars might seem modest for the location, but that actually works in your favor here – you’re getting that prime Cannes address without the four-star attitude or pricing.

  Morgan very kindly waited for us, as we had a night flight and we were delayed 2 hours. He handed over the keys and showed us the apartment. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable and opposite the beach. The bus to town is opposite the apartment, I highly recommend this apartment.

  Appartamento molto spazioso con una vista meravigliosa e con tutto il necessario. Molto gentile l host che ci ha permesso di entrare prima dell'orario di check in. Se ne avremmo la possibilità ci torneremo sicuramente!!!
