Sometimes the unassuming places surprise you the most. This apartment-style hotel sits right in Pointe Croisette, and while it’s not directly on the famous Croisette boulevard (that would cost you twice as much), you’re literally a 10-minute walk from all that glitzy Cannes action. The big win here is actually having your own parking spot – I mean, if you’ve ever tried to park in Cannes during festival season or peak summer, you’ll understand why this is basically gold.

The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a typical hotel room, which honestly works in its favor. There’s a proper kitchenette where you can actually cook breakfast instead of paying €25 for croissants downstairs, and the living area gives you space to spread out after a long day of beach-hopping or wandering the old town. The location is sort of perfect for people who want to experience Cannes without being right in the thick of the tourist madness – you’re close enough to walk to Palais des Festivals or hit up those fancy beach clubs, but far enough away that you won’t hear drunk tourists stumbling around at 3 AM. I noticed the neighborhood has that authentic French residential feel, with locals walking their dogs and grabbing morning coffee at the corner café (which, by the way, has way better prices than anything you’ll find near the port).

What really sold me on this place was the practical stuff that matters when you’re actually living somewhere for a few days. The WiFi actually works – not just “technically connects” but genuinely usable for video calls. The shower has decent water pressure, and there’s enough storage space that you’re not living out of your suitcase. Sure, it’s not going to wow you with marble bathrooms or designer furniture, but everything works and feels clean. The 7.8 rating makes sense to me – it’s solidly good without being exceptional. If you’re the type who needs daily housekeeping and a concierge, this probably isn’t your spot.   Well located and the balcony view is nice. The bedroom is ok.
  
  Closed parking lot that always had space available by the time we were there.
  
  What could be improved: There was a cabinet with a mirror just behind the door that could only open halfway. There was nothing to prevent the door from hitting it and we were not mentioned about it when given the keys. It was apparently put there the day we arrived and the host wanted to charge us for the mirror as of it was our fault that no one had thought about the door possibly hitting it.

  The apartment is really nice and located in a nice zone in front of Baoli club
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately the host didn’t speak english, only french and she let us (3 people) only one roll of toilet paper. She showed up 1 hour before the check out, just walking inside the apartment, without warning, asking us to live in that very moment because the new guests were coming but again, we still had one hour as she told us the day before. She didn’t even try to comunicate with us and didn’t even understand the word “check out”, we know some french but again, impossible to speak. But with that said the apartment is really nice and I believe she was in good faith, she just didn’t know how to manage the situation.
