You know what caught me off guard about this place? I was expecting another sterile Airbnb situation, but honestly, this 4P apartment on rue James Grant-Milne feels more like borrowing a friend’s really nice place in Cannes. The terrace – and I mean this – actually delivers on that sea view promise, which is rare because half the “sea view” places I’ve stayed at require you to crane your neck and squint to catch a glimpse of blue.

The location is pretty sweet if you know Cannes at all. Pointe Croisette puts you right in that sweet spot where you’re close enough to the main Croisette action (maybe a 10-minute walk to the festival area) but far enough that you’re not dealing with the constant tourist chaos. I mean, you can still hear the city buzz, but it’s more of a gentle hum than the full-on carnival noise you get closer to the Palais. The pool situation is honestly what sold me – there’s something about having your own slice of water when everyone else is fighting for beach real estate that just hits different. I spent most mornings there with coffee, watching the town wake up below.

What I really appreciated was how the apartment actually felt lived-in rather than staged. The kitchen has everything you’d actually need (decent coffee maker, proper knives, enough counter space), and the terrace furniture isn’t just there for show – it’s comfortable enough that I found myself working out there most afternoons. The 4-star rating feels right; it’s polished without being precious about it. Check-in was smooth, parking wasn’t the nightmare I’d braced for (there’s street parking if you’re patient, though I’d still recommend the public garage nearby), and the whole building feels secure without being stuffy. One small thing – the Wi-Fi can get a bit spotty during peak hours, but honestly, that might be a blessing in disguise when you’re supposed to be on vacation. The 8.8 rating makes sense to me; it’s the kind of place that does what it promises without any weird surprises, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need when you’re trying to actually relax in a city that can feel pretty intense.

  Appartement superbe, bien équipé, avec une jolie vue sur la mer et l'île Sainte Marguerite.
  Le garage est un vrai plus car même hors saison estivale il devient quasiment impossible de se garer à Cannes.
