Okay, so I was honestly a bit skeptical when I saw the name – I mean, “NEWLY RENOVATED! Harbour View on Balcony Terrace” sounds like someone got a little excited with the caps lock, you know? But this little place on Place Stanislas completely won me over, and I get why they’re shouting about it.

First thing – the location is absolutely perfect if you want to feel like you’re actually in Cannes without paying those insane Croisette prices. You’re literally on Place Stanislas, which most tourists walk right past on their way to the beach, but honestly it’s one of those quiet tree-lined squares that locals actually hang out in. The morning market happens just around the corner on Rue Meynadier (which, by the way, is where you’ll find the best socca in town – there’s this tiny place that doesn’t even have a proper sign). You can walk to the Palais des Festivals in maybe eight minutes, but you’re far enough away that you won’t hear the party crowds stumbling home at 3 AM.

The renovation thing isn’t just marketing speak either – everything feels genuinely fresh without that sterile hotel chain vibe. The balcony terrace they mention? It actually delivers on the harbor view, though you’ll need to crane your neck a bit to see the water between the buildings. What I loved was sitting out there in the early evening with a glass of wine from the little cave down the street, watching the light change over the old port. The furniture’s comfortable too – not those plastic chairs that leave marks on your legs. Inside, it’s got this sort of understated French apartment feel, like staying at a well-traveled friend’s place. The bed was genuinely comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the bathroom renovation included one of those rainfall showerheads that actually has decent water pressure.

Here’s what you should know practically speaking – parking can be tricky around Place Stanislas, but there’s a public garage about two blocks away that won’t bankrupt you. The building itself is old, so you’ll hear your neighbors a bit, but it’s not party-central like some places closer to the beaches. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward – no pretentious desk staff, just helpful people who actually know the neighborhood. They pointed me toward this little bistro called L’Antidote that I never would have found otherwise, and it ended up being my favorite meal of the trip.

Look, it’s a 3-star place, so don’t expect marble bathrooms or a concierge in a fancy uniform. But that 9.8 rating makes total sense when you’re paying reasonable money to stay somewhere that feels authentic and genuinely comfortable. If you want to experience Cannes without feeling like you’re just another tourist getting fleeced on La Croisette, this is exactly the kind of place you’re looking for. Plus, honestly, there’s something satisfying about having that harbor view without paying harbor-front prices – you’ll walk past those €400-a-night places on your way to the beach and feel pretty smug about it.

  Everything is perfect… when you arrive at the apartment you are surprised by the view it has. I really liked that Radia waited for us, that helped us a lot to settle in.

  The flat is absolutely beautiful with a lot of space, 2 bathrooms and three toilets. The whole building is wonderful, and the view on the ocean is another highlight. We will definitely come back to this beautiful place!! Radia was super helpful and made our stay even better.

  This is a great place for our family! We really enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing, and the rooms are much bigger than we thought. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and the Farmers Market is just a three-minute walk away. The convenience of such a large apartment was really great for our visit. The property manager we met was also lovely.

  Nuestra estancia en este alojamiento fue inmejorable. La ubicación es perfecta, muy bien conectada y cercana a todo lo necesario. El apartamento estaba impecable en cuanto a limpieza y era realmente amplio, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy cómodos desde el primer momento. Además, la hospitalidad del anfitrión fue sobresaliente; siempre atentos y dispuestos a resolver cualquier duda con una rapidez impresionante. Otro aspecto positivo fue la posibilidad de aparcamiento dentro del complejo cerrado, lo cual nos dio mucha tranquilidad. ¡Sin duda lo recomendaríamos y repetiríamos!

  Nous avions opté pour cet appartement car il nous fallait 4 chambres hors la 4e chambre n’est pas du tout opérationnelle car très éloignée et sans toilettes impraticable !!! Dommage car les prestations autres sont excellentes

  Фантатастично местоположение, на пешеходно разстояние от забележителностите на Кан. От балкона има зашеметяваща гледка към пристанището и залива, наблизо има магазин за хранителни стоки, имотът разполага с частен безплатен паркинг. Апартаментът е просторен и скоро реновиран, с всички удобства. Домакините са прекрасни, отзивчиви и готови да услужат, веднага отговарят на всякакви въпроси. Бих дала и 100, ако можех. Горещо препоръчвам!
