The apartment itself is honestly impressive – and I don’t say that lightly after staying in plenty of cramped European rentals. There’s actually room to breathe here, which is rare for city center properties. The layout flows really well, and you can tell someone put thought into making it feel like a proper home rather than just another sterile vacation rental. What I loved most was how the morning light filters through the windows – there’s something about that Mediterranean sunshine that hits different, especially when you’re sipping coffee and planning your day. The 9.6 rating makes total sense once you’re there; it’s one of those places where all the little details add up to something special.

Here’s the thing about staying on rue d’Antibes – you’re walking distance from literally everything that matters in Cannes. The Palais des Festivals is maybe a ten-minute stroll (perfect for film festival season if you’re into that scene), and the beaches are close enough that you can pop back for a shower between sun sessions. But what locals know – and what makes this location actually brilliant – is that you’re also near the real Cannes, not just the touristy bits. There’s this fantastic morning market just a few streets over where you can grab fresh produce and those incredible French pastries. And honestly? The apartment gives you enough space and a proper kitchen to actually use that stuff, which beats eating every meal at overpriced beachfront cafes. The noise level is surprisingly manageable too, considering you’re on such a busy street – though I’d still recommend packing earplugs if you’re a super light sleeper. One small thing to note: parking can be a bit of a adventure in this area (welcome to the French Riviera), but the trade-off of being able to walk everywhere is absolutely worth it.

  Tout était parfait ! Il est idéalement situé au cœur de Cannes et à quelques minutes à peine du Palais des Festivals. L'appartement est très spacieux et accommode facilement 8 personnes en chambre double avec chacun sa propre salle de bain.
